- Direction of use : clean the sole thoroughly with alcohol swabs provided in the package. trace the bottom sole with the help of pencil. cut the tracing with a pair of scissor. fit the sole guard against your shoe sole & adjust it accordingly. use heat gun to fix the sole guard with the shoe sole by gently pressing it with a wet cloth. seal the sides & corners properly.
